During my professional triathlon coaching career I have worked with a wide spectrum of athletes from beginners, to youth and junior elite athletes through to 70.3 AG winners, Sub10 Ironman athletes, Ironman Kona finishers and age group world champions.

Previously Head Coach of both North Devon Tri and Plymouth Tri Clubs

Athletic Experience

Raced at Sprint, Standard and 70.3 World Championship events and Ironman PB of 9.31, three finishes under 10hours.
